How do payments work?
All orders are processed via secure EFT. Once payment is confirmed, your order moves into production.

Yes. You’ll receive confirmation and updates via email or WhatsApp after checkout and payment confirmation.

How much is shipping?
We offer flat-rate PostNet to PostNet shipping at R109 per order, nationwide.

How long does delivery take?
Because our products are printed on demand, processing times may vary. Once dispatched, PostNet delivery timelines apply depending on location.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship across South Africa using PostNet to PostNet delivery.

SIZES, COLORS & PRODUCTS

What sizes are available?
Our apparel is available in S, M, L, XL, and 2XL. Size availability may vary per product.

How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking the Size Guide on the product page. If you’re between sizes, sizing up is usually best.

Do colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings.

Can I request a custom design?
Yes. You can purchase a Custom Merch Design Request and send us your logo or design idea after checkout.

Will I see a mockup first?
Yes. A mockup is sent for approval before any printing begins.

What file types can I send?
PNG, JPG, or PDF files work best. You can send them via email or WhatsApp.

RETURNS & ISSUES

Do you accept returns?
Because items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll assist you.
