Refunds & Returns Policy

Because our products are made to order and/or supplied digitally, Tactical Gaming does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, in accordance with Section 17 of the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). This does not affect your rights in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

  1. No Change-of-Mind Returns
    All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizing, customer preference, or normal wear and tear.
  2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

  1. Non-Refundable Items
    The following are non-refundable:
  • Digital products or services
  • Event entries or bookings
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

    This policy complies with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Where refunds are legally required, they will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
